Thanksgiving at Corbin's Great-Grandmom and Great-Grandpop's house.
Corbin and Dr. Fitz, the doctor who delieved Corbin. We wanted to get a picture of her with Corbin the night that he was born but she said that she would rather wait until she was in the office and more dressed up. When I went back for my two week check-up, we had a picture taken of her with the baby, but the lighting was terrible. So this picture was taken about six weeks after he was born...We have a picture of Corbin with each of the doctors at our practice since each and every one of them was involved in his prenatal care and showed so much love to us. Since he was born via c-section, each of the doctors came to see us and spent time with us during our hospital stay.
It was so fun having my whole family at graduation and being able to introduce the baby to many of my friends. Some of my friends didn't even know that I was pregnant when classes ended in May and then I show up to graduation in December with the baby (I didn't actually finish my degree until August because I needed more time for my internship). George and Corbin watched the graduation ceremony from the second story window and watched as I walked across the stage and got my diploma. It was so neat seeing them cheer me on!
Our family at graduation. The funny thing is that George wore that same shirt the night that Corbin was born. It has now been labeled as a shirt that he wears for important events.
