June 2007 Pictures

Corbin's first time in a big pool was at his Grandmom and Grandpop's house. His Grandpop was so generous and bought him a special float so he would be safe in their pool. Corbin was a little nervous at first because the water was sooooo cold but he got used to it and seemed to have a really good time.

Corbin's Grandmom was videotaping Corbin's first time in the big pool.

Corbin made all of us because he was kicking his legs and moving the float on his own. He is a natural in the water!

Here Corbin is in the pool at The Rittenhouse, which is where we went with George's work at the end of June. This pool was heated which Corbin seemed to like. Mommy and Corbin went swimming while Daddy was "working" (having yummy, expensive dinners with his co-workers, going on scavenger hunts around the city, and having fun parties).

While we were at the pool, we ran into Franz, Susan, and Lena. It was really funny because Mommy and Susan didn't recognize each other and after having a lengthy conversation, they both realized that they were associated with HSG. It gave them a good laugh.

Yet another wedding that we went to. Here is Mommy and Corbin outside of the reception hall.

Just before the wedding, we went and bought George a suit coat. The wedding was the day before George was leaving for CA on business. He was attending a formal event out there and needed a suit coat, so we went shopping for him. Aren't my boys the cutest ever?

Our family. Corbin's outfit was given to us by Corbin's Aunt Erin. Aunt Erin has a co-worker that was getting rid of all of these boys clothing. She asked us if we wanted them and we said yes. This was definitely one of the cutest outfits that was in the bag...

Corbin was so tired by the time that we had taken this photo. He was so tired of being quiet for the ceremony. He did good though...

This was tooooooo funny. We came home being out all day and Corbin just grabbed George's nose and would not let go. Of course, Mommy had to get a picture of that!

Corbin and Daddy on Father's Day. This was taken at Cracker Barrel (a favorite place of ours!). It was at this Cracker Barrel that Mommy and Daddy had announced that Corbin was joining our family. On Wednesday, April 12, 2006, Mommy and Daddy had taken their parents out to dinner. They had given them "Happy Easter Grandparents" cards and inside was a copy of Corbin's first picture (the ultrasound done on March 27, 2006). Everyone was so excited!!! This Cracker Barrel definitely holds special memories...

Hawaiian shirt day! Whenever Corbin wears his Hawaiian shirt out, Mommy and Daddy decide to join in and wear theirs too...

This was one of the few articles of clothing that Corbin owns that Mommy paid full price for. Most of the things that Corbin has Mommy buys on sale, but she could not resist getting this one...

It is so difficult getting a picture of Corbin and his cousin Abi together where they are BOTH looking at the camera. This was taken in our back yard when we were babysitting Abi. It took us a LONG time to get the perfect shot. They aren't both smiling but at least they are looking! It was my personal goal that day to get a picture of both of them looking at the camera.

Here is Corbin grabbing his toes (something that he does often!).

There is something that is so funny about Corbin eating his toes. Maybe it is because we can't do it...I don't know!

Corbin and Mommy! Every once and while when I take him to get his picture taken, I will jump in and if the picture comes out okay, I will get it.

This picture was taken shortly after we discovered that Corbin was able to sit up on his own. He IS wearing a diaper. I know, I know...it does not look like he is, but he really is. He is just holding Trotter, his horse at just the right angle so it looks like he is not wearing a diaper.

See? He is wearing a diaper. This picture was taken just a few minutes after the one before it. The same time that he was able to sit up on his own, he was able to stand up against furniture. Here is standing up against the sofa that George is on...

Cars outfit with a matching cars bib...

Corbin is Grandma's Favorite!!!

Our little dino...

Corbin studying his toes...

Or maybe eating them...

Or just taking a nap....

So cute...Corbin was sleeping in his swing with his hand up...as if life is so tough...

Then he put both hands up...

And one hand up again...

When he woke up, he was super smiley...

Happy baby!
